Nicht buchen! 35 Dollar parken pro Nacht. Straßenlärm, Fluglärm & langfristige Großbaustelle nebenan total laut. Personal nur mit sich / Handy beschäftigt. Check in / out… alles nur online. Tausend Nachrichten, in der man seinen Zimmercode suchen muss. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

The Parking fee is per Night 35$ but This is unfortunately normal for L.A. Overall it was a incredible Good Hotel and we felt Safe every Night the Security Walks around and the employees also. 9/10

Das Einchecken war sehr mühsam. Wir mussten online einchecken und es funktionierte nicht. Die Dame an der Reception konnte ums zuerst auch nicht helfen. Das Zimmer an sich ist schön.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es ist sauber, jedoch so laut! Ich würde hier nicht wieder her kommen. Auch mit Ohrstöpsel konnte man nicht richtig schlafen und zu dem Lärm kam auch noch die Baustelle nebenan dazu.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schick. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage um z.B. ins Stadion zu gehen. Abzüge gebe ich für die Lautstärke, sowohl der Flur als auch die Leute am Pool waren nachts sehr laut und das Zimmer hellhörig. Insgesamt jedoch ein gutes Hotel!

Alles soweit ok, wir waren 5 Tage dort,ein 2. Handtuchwechsel wäre schön gewesen, ja fürs Parken zahlt man Geld, dafür steht es sicher und komfortabel. Poolbereich sauber, beim nächsten Buchen wählen wir ein Zimmer zur Poolseite.

Relativ neues Hotel. Alles war sauber. Reinigung der Zimmer aber nur gegen Aufpreis. Das ist auch ok, wenn genügend Hygieneartikel (Toilettenpapier, Kleenex) vorhanden sind. War aber nicht. Außerdem ist die Umgebung sehr laut. Zimmer sind hellhörig. Parken nur gegen Gebühr von 31 $ am Tag.

Great value hotel. Pool and gym are nice. Restaurant is actually really good and has a decent happy hour. Very convenient if going to events at Sofi, The Forum. Neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, but it’s safe in the stadium complex area.

The parking situation is disappointing, requiring an additional fee of $35 per night, which is unusual compared to other hotels. The staff, however, are pleasant and accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is somewhat unpleasant, possibly due to ongoing roadwork. Additionally, they charge a $150 deposit without prior notification. It would be acceptable if guests were informed before this charge was applied. The hotel is reasonably comfortable considering the price. Overall: 3.

Excellent hotel to spend a couple of nights. The staff is accommodating, the facilities are beautiful and easy to access. As well they provide you with many additional things such as ice, water, coffee, microwave, among others. If I return to LA I will reserve this hotel without any doubt.

The restaurant attached is great. The pool and jacuzzi are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The property is cute and clean. It’s an easy stay close to the event centers. It’s a little on the noisiest side, but with a sound machine, easily remedied.

Front desk stuff are very unprofessional I sat there for ten minutes before I was acknowledged plus my room was ready it’s very noisy aside from the airplanes I hear all the neighbors very clearly I will never come back

The room wasn’t clean. There was spider webs on the restroom lights, the shower curtain was dirty on the inside, and towels has stains on them. Also we were staying in the room that is right next to the restaurant and Oh My Gosh!!! We hated it. You can hear the employees coming in and out of the restaurant. The door was always getting slammed. You can hear the employees complaining with one and other. It was just so loud. I don’t get any sleep the one night we stayed, and I’ll never go back.

Room was clean but we could not watch tv because the internet connection would not stay active we kept having to turn the tv off and on and it was a hassle not having free parking anywhere and self parking is a option on your website and in your check in email

We got a room next to the restaurant and on the first floor next to the valet. It was very noisy. Also, there really isn’t any privacy in the bathroom. There is a sliding door that doesn’t fully close. So there’s always an exposed crack that you can see inside the bathroom. if you are on the bottom floor, you will need to keep your drapes closed the entire time because you are facing the street and the valet the entire time and people are looking in your windows. Otherwise, everyone is very nice. And the adjacent restaurant is excellent and , the people that work at the restaurant are amazing.

Second time here and my first time was a better experience. Only negative thing I have to say about my second time staying at this hotel was that we had no shower curtain in our room. So you can see people showering next to you. Overall pool and the bar next to the hotel were nice to have. We came for a concert in Kia forum and it was very convenient for a walking distance. So if your going to sofi and Kia forum for whatever event I’d choose this hotel just make sure you have a shower curtain l.

It was very strange that there was no parking lot and they had to use valet service. If you leave it for even 4 hours, you have to pay $35! This is big waste. The bed comfort was like a student room. Apart from this, the cleanliness, atmosphere and bathroom details were so nice.
