Immer wieder gern!
Leider waren wir in diesem Hotel auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht zum schlafen. Das Zimmer war top, der Poolbeteich sah sehr ansprechend aus und das Frühstück war in Kombination mit einem guten Kaffee eins der Besten bei 3 Wochen Rundreise.

Have stayed there twice and would not choose to stay there again. Both gates from the parking lot to inside the hotel courtyard do not automatically close. So found both of them open on several occasions. There were also several minor maintenance problems with the room - slow draining shower, plugs not working, ceiling light not working, drain plug in sink broken. Also for those early risers, there is no coffee available until 7am on Saturday and Sunday in the lobby. Was not a bad place to stay, just expected more from a Holiday Inn.

We’ve been staying here for five years whenever we visit family and it has been “undergoing renovations” the whole time with no visible signs of progress. Getting a bit run down but the furnishings and bed are nice. Last night was our worst stay ever. Constant door banging, buzzing refrigerator, lamp that even if off position still flickered until finally unplugged. The walls are so thin that we heard our neighbors talking and laughing until after 2a.m. In and outside the room.i did not want to report them because they were not being rowdy or inappropriate, just inconsiderate of the time.

Location, breakfast, and large room were good. Strange that room window was left open when I arrived, especially since it was 90°. One of two older aircons in room didn’t work. Called front desk in evening to ask about second aircon, but was put on hold. Waited 5 min and gave up. Large stain on bedroom rug and really old, poor functioning shower head— based on my previous better experiences at Holiday Inn this location not really up to their standards.

At first glance the property was visually appealing. Check-in was easy. Upon walking into the room there was a torn towel on the counter where the coffee maker was and a huge black circle stain on the carpet next to the bed. When looking for extra bedding for the pullout couch, there were only pillows and had to reach out to the front desk to ask for blankets and sheets. Even they were surprised there was not blanket. Our first full day our room was not cleaned. Yet someone did come and take our towels, but did not leave clean ones. By the end of the day of day one the toliet started to leak and we did not realize until the next morning. Breakfast was subpar. Pro, the room was spacious for the kiddos and the area was safe with no homeless people. Would I stay again, possibly if I got a good deal.

This hotel is a good deal for the price. It is located in a quiet area Target, Trader Joe’s and several restaurants are near by. The fridge and microwave are a plus and breakfast is also included. The breakfast had a variety of options.

An industrial garbage compactor was running all night in the next door parking lot. The room had space. The toilet stayed clogged all night! No sheet provided for sofa couch. Breakfast is terrible. Very cheap property. Front desk manager is stupid. Very unsafe too. Someone tried stealing stuff from our cargo basket in the parking lot. Lobby restrooms were out of order! EFF THIS PROPERTY.

Great location, freeway close.
The hotel was in a great location. The room was ok.The king bed was too high. The shower looked nice, however the door to get in was on the left side, the controls were on the right side and you had to get in to turn on the water, which means the water would be cold for a few minutes. Also the shower head stream was not moveable, which meant the water stream could not be changed to a wider “shower” range. I liked that there was no carpet however it made it feel cold and sterile. Maybe a rug on each side of the bed would help.

Great stay, great breakfast! Loud renovations
Great stay with the kids. They were even flexible with letting us check out a bit late so that after the end of the soccer tournament we were in town for we had enough time to come back to the room and shower before leaving. Also, they had a very nice breakfast spread, with some different offerings for nice variety between the two days we were there. The only downside was they were doing some renovations while we were there that were a bit noisy and the temporary set up for the fitness center was pretty meager. But overall a great stay!😎

I had to wait an unusually long time for someone to arrive at the check in desk. Apparently she was the only person there and was trying to fix someone's TV. We were given a first floor room and these rooms all have outside entries. Every time someone walked by, we heard them in our room. This was especially irksome in the morning when we were trying to sleep people would be walking by and talking and we could hear every word from our room. Breakfast was OK. My beef was that the cinnamon rolls weren't just not hot, they were cold. Good location for what we wanted but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Did not realize the property is under renovation. That aside - I could not tell if we were in a renovated room or not. Some parts seemed like could have been renovated yet others not. You could tell the shower/tub leaks under the laminate flooring, the corners of the walls/floors were stained, the door to the closet was missing, the furniture seemed mismatched, the safety latch on the front door was broken off and jagged - I cut myself. But the vanity mirror looked newish, the laminate flooring was newish, the beds/mattresses were comfortable and seemed new. The staff was fantastic and location was great.
