The stay has been a disappointment. I’m an Hilton honor member and they couldn’t accommodate a simple room change request to change the floor to one where another friend’s family was staying. Their very small pool was terrible smelling. My kids left the pool in 5 minutes because they were ready to puke. The breakfast wasn’t appealing for 25 dollars a person. On their website it say that you can add that ahead of the time for$15 pp but they didn’t honor that as well . And we didn’t wanna pay 100 dollars for lousy breakfast when there were great options nearby

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Burbank. Trader Joe's and Ralph's are a ten-minute walk down the street in one direction, along with IKEA, and central Burbank is in the other. There are several restaurants nearby and the Metro bus-stops (for instance 155 for Universal/ Studio City) are just a short walk away. The location is also easy for car service pick-ups and drop-offs. The pool and hot tub are nice, and the availability of a hoist for disabled individuals who wish to use the pool is great.

This was my first and will be my last stay at a Hilton hotel!!! Started with the worst front desk clerk: disrespectful attitude, looked up only once from her computer, talked in a monotonous, very uninterested way as if she is too bored or too tired or someone who hates her job! There were two of us waiting to be checked in by the front lobby, just in front of the clerks( we arrived early), were told that we’ll be informed once ready to check in. But they started checking in people few minutes after us without bothering to let us know that we can check in despite the fact they took our phone numbers. Disgusting room: Dusty tables and office chair, and dirty hand lotion dispenser!!!! Asked front desk so housekeeping can clean the tables and chair. Even the phone is so dusty!! The lotion dispenser is so yellow and slippery from old lotion. Hair on the bathroom counter! Their parking is also expensive $24/night. There are nicer, cleaner and cheaper hotels than this Hilton hotel. Stay away from this one. Our stay was very disappointing.

I needed to be close to this location and that's why I chose it. the property could be in better shape. I drive an electric car and several of the car chargers in the parking garage were not working. In the room I stayed in there was only one sher curtain on thewindow, there were two black out curtains, and i think one curtain was missing., also, there was abvery nice refrigerator in the roon, BUT it is not the kind that defrosts automatically, and the freezer portion of the refrigerator was unusable because it was too caked with frost.

The lady that was working in the evening was horrible, she called the room to claim that the next-door neighbor was complaining of noise when, in fact, we were making any noise at all, she came in, pounded on the door complaining, next thing I know there are Burbank police?? Unbelievable experience, she needs to be disciplined and fired for her actions.

Cats Welcome
Staff was very friendly and polite. Though we kept hearing upstairs neighbor’s walking and tv, the bathroom faucet handle was extremely hard to turn and shower head needed declogging, I would definitely stay here again. Great security measures and underground parking (additional fee) were great amenities. Allowing cats in the rooms during our stay was a big plus in our books!

Visit our daughter in. Burbank and we love this hotel but they definitely need more USB ports and outlets. In this day and age, everyone has to charge their toys!

I expected more from the Hiltons Hotels. Beds were squealing every time you will sit on the bed or lay on the bed. The shower head was rusted. When showering I had warm water and cold water come and go during my shower. So I had to take a quick shower.

Two Bathrooms!!!
we stayed in a king suite which had 2 bathrooms. Two bathrooms!!! What more do you need. It tends to be a tad loud from various machines in and around the hotel but not too bad. Parking is easy. Breakfast options are quick and easy and the hotel is close to everything

Positives: The check-in staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a top-floor room away from the elevator. The indoor parking, conveniently located near the elevator, streamlined our check-in process, and the room was notably clean. Negatives: Unfortunately, the rooms lack sufficient sound insulation, creating challenges for those seeking a peaceful environment, as noise from nearby rooms is easily audible. The constant and noisy bathroom ventilation, along with the shaking of the floor and furniture from nearby footsteps, were additional drawbacks. Furthermore, a late-night staff call regarding noise disrupted our sleep, and the initial charge for untouched water bottles (though they've agreed to refund us) added to the inconvenience. For light sleepers, this hotel may not be the most suitable choice.

Great hotel but lacks comfort details
The beds were terrible, very hard and uncomfortable. We were guests for 3days and never saw house keeping. We had to get towels from the front desk and ended up with bath mats not even towels.
