==Septic System== • The property has a septic system. Flushing anything other than toilet paper will likely damage the system, making the unit unusable and incurring very costly repairs. • Guests found to have broken this house rule will be charged for the cost of repair.
==Cleaning Procedures== • Please keep the home sanitary: Please do not leave used dishes unwashed for long periods, trash on the floor, sugary foods left out on the counters, etc) in order to prevent pests or damage. • The cleaning fee covers 2 hours of regular cleaning for our maids (which is how long it takes to sanitize all surfaces such as those in the kitchen and bathroom, washing and changing the linens on the beds, sweeping, vacuuming, throwing out trash, etc.)
