Other things to note
We are a short drive north of Sunset and the beautiful sunset Plaza Hollywood Hills area. We have a strict, no smoking policy inside the property. No partying no loud music no get-togethers. Any Filming the Filming rate will be 10 times the normal nightly rate. If a party happens at the property, you would be asked to leave you would lose your reservation and there will be no refund. We charge a $100 per night energy fee.
