Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and backing to open space, this roomy ranch-style home offers comfort, privacy, and easy access to everything you need. With quick highway access, you're just 30 minutes north of Denver and 37 miles from Fort Collins.

THE SPACE

This home is designed with space and convenience in mind—perfect for families or larger groups. The main level features an expansive, eat-in kitchen that’s great for meals together, plus three cozy bedrooms, including a primary suite with a luxurious five-piece bath and a generously sized walk-in closet. You’ll also find a convenient laundry room to help keep things easy during longer stays.

The fully finished walkout basement adds even more room to spread out, complete with a large game room, an additional bedroom and bathroom, and a dedicated office space for remote work or quiet time.

Step Outside:
-Enjoy amazing open-space views from the large outdoor deck off the main level, ideal for BBQs and sunsets.
-Down below, the covered patio and private backyard offer a peaceful, shaded area for lounging or reading.
-Love gardening? You’re welcome to help tend the large raised garden beds during your stay.


THE AREA

Located in the small town of Firestone—about 30 miles north of Denver—this home offers a peaceful escape with quick access to big-city attractions via nearby I-25. Just note: public transportation is limited in the area, so a personal vehicle is strongly recommended for your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the walkout basement, all living spaces, the backyard, garden beds, and outdoor areas. Check-in is easy and contact-free, and we’re available throughout your stay should anything come up.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

-The garage is not available for guest use, but there’s plenty of parking on the driveway and along the street.
-Firestone Haven is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 p.m.
-This home is ideal for families, groups, and remote workers looking for a balance of space and relaxation.
-Cameras for Guest Safety: Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and no cameras inside the home.
