Spacious, well-equipped room with kitchens and utensils, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Gym, saltwater pool, outdoor patio with fireplace. GREAT breakfast included (love the waffle maker). Minutes from Target and Safeway for groceries, close to Office Max for business printing and other needs. Reliable free internet. Every other day housekeeping. Room key can be on your smart phone. Lots of considerations to make the hotel stay eco-conscious. However, be aware some Expedia rates include one night charge for any changes or cancellations. No on demand movies. I would definitely pick this for a central location in the corridor up and down the east side of the Rockies.

This room was huge!!! The front desk went the extra mile even tho they were very busy. There was a 10 dollar charge for parking on hotel property that i wasn't impressed with being required to pay.

It was a very nice place. It's only about 5 years old, but felt like it was just opened. Comfortable suite with everything needed for an extended stand.

Front desk is very nice. Room was v spacious and clean. they gave free complementary water which was super nice. No jacuzzi but the swimming pool is not cold and spacious

The property was clean and very spacious, the staff was personable and professional, the room was comfortable and the amenities were on par with what most people look for: connectivity for all electronic gadgets, comfortable, clean, coffee machine, microwave, kitchenette, fridge, pool, laundry facilities, continental breakfast, weight room, proximity to dining, shopping and freeway access, etc. The only drawbacks I encountered were: There is a $10/day parking fee that I didn’t know about until I arrived. However, there’s no security. There’s ample space to park nearby so as to avoid the added expense. The noise level is pretty bad: doors slamming, TVs, music, dogs barking, people fighting and screaming. The facilities don’t seem to be very well insulated. They require a security deposit for incidentals

Nice place to stay but once I arrived at the hotel they told me about a 10 dollar a night parking fee which also does guarantee your vehicle safety it's just to park there I am not a fan of hidden fees. If I stay at a hotel I don't expect to pay extra to park my vehicle.

The overall experience was pleasant for me. However, we tried (both my husband and I) to get housekeeping to clean our room--which never happened. My husband and I both called, left our room number and asked for service which never came. We were there three nights which qualified for a cleaning. I would add that our breakfast attendant on our last day was super attentive and helpful- I thought she made up for the other issues we encountered. However, my husband is so irate he will never stay there again.

Pros: the room set up was fantastic. Our family was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was great. It was very clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The pool was great too. Cons: there is a daily parking fee that I didn’t know about until checking in. It is NOT quiet, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others. I could hear neighbors brushing their teeth & on Sunday morning the housekeeper cleaning the room above sounded like it was under construction.

We liked every thing about the room. I think the tv remote in #317 needs new batteries. There seemed to be drag racing on the road somewhere at one in the morning and later. Otherwise it was quite convenient. Oh yeah, I’ve never had to pay to park at a hotel before. Kinda surprised us.

The beds and shower were great. However the breakfast wasnt very good. They only had chocolate muffins. Also there were waffles but no bacon, sausages or eggs. All sweet stuff with the exception of yogurt.

Location for me was perfect, and there is even a Camp Bow Wow across the street. My canine buddy Hank was a happy camper. The next time I come to Longmont I will stay here.
