We offer all you need for fun: beach tent, toys, floats, and Pickleball paddles/ balls for our 2 PB courts (or 1 tennis court) The 2 bedroom space includes two bathrooms equipped with shower, shower/tub and bidets. Two king beds and one single Murphy bed. Large closets with room for crib or blowup, for family visitors. Sleeps max of six. Whether you’re preparing a meal with our fully equipped kitchen or simply relaxing by spinning the Lazyboys to face the Gulf with your drink or sitting at the high top table on the lanai to watch the sunset over the water, this phenomenal condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and Tommy Bahama style. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Longboat Key has to offer: parks, 7 public Pickleball courts, a mile away, use our bikes to travel on the sidewalk or the road bike path to the parks and many wonderful restaurants. the 72 unit complex has only 3 buildings and our guests seem to find community around the property. Ours is on the 2nd floor near elevator, across from coin laundry room. Westchester is adding a new fitness area near the shuffleboard courts. This condo can only be leased twice a year for a minimum of 60 days to preserve the resident feel vs. high turnover. 3 recommendations required. This is our family condo that we Floridians enjoy when our seasonal guests have returned up north, therefore it is stocked with the amenities that we like to use and it feels like home. Our winter guests return year after year, so availability is rare.
