Das Exposé und die Adresse stimmten nicht mit dem überein, was auf Expedia dargestellt war. Die Wohnung war weniger ausgestattet und weniger schön als auf den Bildern. Die Infos für den Check-In bekommt man auf Nachfrage erst am Tag des Check-Ins am Mittag. Den Schlüssel muss man 10 min von der Wohnung weg aus einem Supermarkt holen. Die Wohnung selbst war über 20 Minuten vom eigentlichen Ort an der Tower-Bridge entfernt. Positiv ist, dass man schnell am Borough Market ist und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel einen schnell überall hinbringen. Zustand der Schlösser, Schlüssel und Armaturen sind nicht gut. Man hat Angst, nicht in die Wohnung zu kommen. Der Müllschlüssel ließ sich nicht benutzen. Auf Nachfrage gab es eine Antwort, dass es geprüft wird, eine weitere Rückmeldung gab es nicht. Ein Telefonat 4 Tage vorher war sehr freundlich und erklärend. Insgesamt ist man enttäuscht, dass nichts so ist, wie der Internetauftritt es verspricht.

First and foremost, the location of the key to the property was in a different location which was very confusing. Secondly I had to wait for over ten minutes before the key was eventually given to me, on getting to the property I found it difficult to open the door. When I called the contact number the guy was not helpful at all. He was so aggressive and only proffer to send someone at the cost of £200. The accommodation was not worth the price paid. It was overrated for what it was.

No es como en las fotos, la cama incómoda y pequeña, el colchón super delgado, había pedido un apartamento cerca de todo que llevaba una bebé y me dieron otro super lejos que no era el que había cogido!!!!!!!!! Y hacía frío en el apartamento.

The property was very close to the tower bridge (7 min. Walk) and got enough space for all of us (6 person). There were two restrooms and two sleeping rooms downstairs and living room and kitchen were upstairs. What I didn’t like was that you’ve to get the keys from an other place. That was a little bit bad because of the traffic in London, Even if you avoid the congestion zone. But you don’t have to bring back the keys. You could leave them on the property and leave immediately. For families who wants to stay close to the city and get a cheap apartment I would say it is a good choice.

When booking the accommodation, we were not aware that we had to collect the key at a completely other location. So that was challenging - 4 persons of which 2 are kids, with all the luggage ... Once we reached the apartment, we tried to get the temperature down, as it was absolutely boiling. Most windows can not be opened and there is no information on how to operate the temperature controls. The apartment itself was OK for a 4 day stay in London. Not very central but still good to reach. Some dishes were missing but no big deal for us. The bathrooms is OK and the extra toilet a big plus with 4 persons. All in all a good location for a short stay in London if you don't mind not being very central located.

Appartement geboekt maar niet het appartement gekregen dat we hadden geboekt. Communicatie verliep heel stroef. Zogezegd mail gestuurd dat er een wijziging was van appartement omdat hetgene dat geboekt werd niet klaar was maar nooit een mail aangekregen. We hadden het appartement geboekt voor de liging en de ligging van het andere was op een kwartier met auto van het ander. Spijtig dat dit zo moest lopen. Appartement was wel proper.

Where do I even start with this place? First of all, picking up the keys was such a hassle. We had to travel 40+ minutes away from the location and 40+minutes back JUST to get the key for the apartment. We get to the apartment and it’s super hot, the thermostat didn’t work and it was a completely different apartment than the one in the pictures. The WiFi never worked and the second night there, we discovered a mouse. It took about 2-3 hours for someone to come to get it out. I asked for my money back or a different apartment and the guy refused to do either. The mouse went everywhere, the bed, our clothes, etc. Asking for new bedsheets was like asking them to bring the moon for us, I had to bargain so much JUST for clean bed sheets. The 3rd night, there were 2 more mice. I asked for my money back or a different apartment. The guy finally gave in and gave us a different apartment. My 4 other friends and I had to walk in the rain and cold to the new place. This new place had no heat, keep in mind it’s about 40 degrees outside, no hot water and no unlimited WiFi. My friends and I had to make bird baths, heat up water in a pot in order to shower. To heat up the apartment, we turned on the oven and left it open so we wouldn’t freeze in there. The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance men. Both people were super friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Everyone else can suck a butt. I will never stay here ever. GET A HOTEL!!!

Nice apartment but bad communication

The apartment was very nice, with a comfy bed, nice shower & bath and spacious kitchen / living room area. Although the pull out bed was not in good condition and the sheets were dirty. Collecting the keys for the apartment was a pain as you have to go to Camden which is the opposite way from where the apartment is. You are not made aware of this until you have confirmed and paid for the booking. When arriving at the office to collect the keys, the gentleman asked for a different deposit amount than what the confirmation confirmed, once questioned on this he changed his mind. The apartment is a completely different address than stated on the website and is hard to find due to this. The apartment was clean but we weren't given many towels considering there was a total of 4 guests for 3 nights. The apartment was boiling and the only cool room was the bedroom where we had a door onto a 'balcony', most of the windows couldn't be opened therefore made the stay rather uncomfortable... I certainly wouldn't stay again as this accommodation was more hassle than its worth.

Ok, men minus for trafikk og innsjekking.

Ok leilighet til ok pris. Minus for mye trafikkstøy på kvelder og netter. Stort minus for at resepsjonen er i en helt annen del av London og at en må betale 40 pund for å få nøkkel levert til leiligheten + at resepsjonen stenger klokka 20.00. Koster 50 pund å få sjekket inn etter det. Vi ankom 20.30 på grunn av forsinkelse med sjåføren. Selv om dette ble opplyst om i god tid, måtte en ut med denne summen. Dette var informasjon som var godt gjemt under bestillingen.

Great Find!

Flat was on Bermondsey Street and had a rooftop terrace. I stayed there with two other colleagues and we were all pleasantly surprised not just with the apartment but the location! The restaurants and bars in the area are superb, despite this teh apartment was very quiet so a good nights sleep is easy. Would highly recommend this apartment. We talked about it so much our colleagues got a cab over to go for dinner with us in the local Japanese restaurant! We have an organisation of converts to seeking apartments rather than hotels for their business trips!

The checking point is very far from the apartment. The apartments was 2 bedroom but it was on the third floor of the builfding and without a lift. In the apartment the kitchen and the bedrooms were located at two different level, Very hard to go up and down.
