Superb host—thorough communication, excellent response time, attentive and helpful. The location of this flat is unbeatable in central London, near to everything: underground, restaurants, shopping, train station. We found the unit inviting, quiet, comfortable secure, and well appointed. We sincerely appreciated the little touches that elevated our stay from good to great: Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, extra towels, pillows and blankets, fans in each room, a physical house manual (unbelievably helpful!), and a professional, responsive, helpful host (this cannot be overstated). It is evident this property takes pride in hosting and it shows. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful Christmas week here. We appreciated that it was just one street removed from the Covent Garden/Seven Dials craziness. It was incredibly quiet, and a wonderful place to unwind as a family after a long day of exploring. My husband made a big Christmas dinner, had coffee each morning. The fridge/oven/kitchen was great. We also thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were great - showers got hot immediately. We didn't use the fold-out couch. Absolutely the perfect way to spend a week together as a family in London for Christmas. Thank you!

The stay was great. The locale was truly perfect. The home met our needs and we really enjoyed the security of the private entry courtyard, as we have small children. We also really loved the sweet little outdoor patio. The ease of checking in and out were also lovely. The info document was easily accessed and straightforward. Prompt communication throughout. The location of this property simply cannot be beat. In the heart of Covent Garden there's no shortage of things to do, yet it's easy to get anywhere you want to go from here. Tube lines are about 5 min in all directions.Communication ahead of arrival and while on site was excellent. Mike, the property manager, was super friendly and very responsive to the few issues we had while there.Compared to other properties I've rented at this price point, I would say I was disappointed with the furnishings (all ikea basics) and the kitchen amenities. We cook a lot wherever we go and this kitchen was woefully lacking for that. Mike was kind enough to provide us with some additional supplies which helped a bit but still wasn't par with what we typically see. The last issue we had was with wifi. About halfway through our stay it started dropping every afternoon, but resetting instructions were provided and were easy enough.Overall, as long as you realize that you're paying for location, you won't be disappointed. Now that we know what to expect, we would absolutely stay here again.

Needs maintenance, Wi-Fi is not reliable
Hi, we stayed here for four nights. The pictures show a bright well maintained flat. In fact it needs some attention to maintenance. first off the front door handle is a finger jammer! Two of us pinched our fingers when closing the door. The exterior is mossy as is the outdoor seating area at the back - a good pressure washing is needed. The molding is coming off the dishwasher, the upstairs bathroom needs painting as does the stair well and banister. The WiFi is unreliable, 5 times we had to reset the modem within one hour while trying to do our flight check in and to download theatre tickets.
On the positive side it is walking distance to most theatres and close to an express Tesco. With some TLC this would be a good find but not in its current condition. I should also note that the area carpet in the picture is not what’s there.

Our worst VRBO experience. The host never provided us with a phone number for help. We only had an email address for a property manager. This was a major problem for us later. The internet wasn’t working and we had issues the whole time. The property itself is old, and dirty. I have pictures of a soiled mattress that we were expected to sleep on. It had several large stains on it. The shower in the master bedroom did not have hot water. I told the host that we were having trouble with it and he said he would look into AFTER our stay. Not helpful, and this forced 5 people to share one shower. On our second morning there, the smoke alarm began going off and would not stop! There was water leaking out of it and water stains all over the ceiling. As I mentioned, there was no phone number for help, and so I had to email the host and the manager for help. Neither one responded and I had to try the VRBO help desk to reach someone. Nearly 2 hours after the alarm and leak occurred, the manager arrived. He took the smoke alarm off and pieces of the ceiling were falling to the floor. At this point we decided we were not safe to stay at the property that night and booked a hotel for us and our 3 kids. The host never called or emailed us to say the repairs were made, or that all was clear to come back. This prompted us to stay at a hotel for the remainder of our trip. We’ve requested a refund for the 4 nights we didn’t stay there, but the host has refused!

Great spot in covent garden area
Property was exactly as advertised. Secured by a courtyard gate off Endell Street. Great space for a family in covent garden area. Three or four tube stations within a 5-10 minute walk (CG, Holborn, Tottenham court). Great cafes and restaurants all around Neal’s Yard. 2.5 baths. Good showers. Comfortable beds. Functioning appliances ane electronics. Coffee and tea provided. All was really good. Highly recommended. Wifi was a bit spotty but that seemed to be a problem with the carrier, not the router. No A/C but it wasn’t needed.

Fantastic apartment in great location
We stayed for three nights and four days at this flat in Covent Garden. The location was incredible. We were walking distance to the Covent Garden Tube Stop which is on the Piccadilly Line. This line takes you to the airport. We were also walking distant to an array of restaurants, theater and restaurants. We were also able to walk to Buckingham Palace too. I highly recommend this apartment. Next time we visit London, we hope this flat is available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a family in Covent Garden
Stay - Dec 14 to 17th. Smooth check in with great communication. Wonderful location with apartment off the street so you did not have a lot of noise at night or during the day. Kitchen is fine for cooking if you want to and the layout of the first floor is good for families. Everything you could really need is in the neighborhood and we could have easily stayed for a month without a problem. Very close to the tube if you need to leave the neighborhood. We will stay again here. Few tips - Tesco is 1.5 blocks away, Costa/Pret are close for coffee, Ole & Steen is 1 block away for pastries, Majestic Wine store is very nice and three blocks away, 10 Cases is good for dinner within a block, Rock & Sole is amazing Fish and Chips within a block. A little further but walking is Circolo Popular for italian food, Balthazar and cocktails is a place called Murder Inc.

There was great communication from the beginning, place was exactly as advertised great location, with lots of restaurants and bars around. Would come back the only problem was our plane landed at 6:00 am and didn’t have a spot to place our bags. Steve told us where we could rent some space so we did, we got to check in a little early so that helped also.

Perfect Location
We were very happy to see that the flat was just as it was presented. There was an ease getting the key and location from the train. We loved the area and found it very easy moving around to our sightseeing events. I even found a Starbucks around the corner! It was truly a nice place would definitely come again. Beds were nice everyone slept well. Restaurants next door and around the neighborhood. We were next to a theater with Mrs. Doubtfire right next to us. It was great fun. This place was a good one, be sure and check this one out. Also, when we left for the airport the taxi was able to be in front with no issue of traffic.The neighborhood was really good. We have children but had we been adults only it would have been great fun late night. We left early so if you are going that route go early or else there is an unbelievable traffic jam getting out of the city to the airport. I believe we left at 8am. The trains were amazing with escalators. I was in heaven. The ride was great from the airport to the flat on the trains. It gave us a look at where areas of the town were. Great Apartment in a perfect location
We stayed here with my wife, three kids (7, 7, 2), and my parents. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. My parents had their own private room downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs were great for the rest of the family.
The apartment was very clean. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was a great place to hangout and watch TV.
The best part about this apartment was the location. We were close to all the main attraction in London as well as the theaters and a plethora of restraints. The convince store was also a very short walk. Even though it’s in the heart of London activity, it is nicely tucked away in a private and quite courtyard. It was perfect.
Mike and Stefan were both wonderful to work with too!
