Welcome to our stunning flat boasting a breathtaking view of the London city skyline. The space has been thoughtfully designed for an exceptionally comfortable and stylish stay.

Our flat is situated on the fifth floor, inviting you to enjoy a peaceful retreat above the bustling city. It features two beautifully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

Large windows bathe the living room and kitchen in natural light and provide access to a spacious terrace and dining area.

The kitchen is not only fully equipped but also includes a stylish kitchen island, perfect for casual dining or entertaining.

The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a serene outdoor space with a comfortable sofa set and a dining area complete with tables and chairs.

The main bathroom is a blend of luxury and functionality, featuring both a bath and a shower, as well as a large mirror.

The bedrooms provide a haven of relaxation, with the master bedroom hosting a king-sized bed while the second room is equipped with queen bed and a sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed with a bathroom across the hall.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that the sleeper couch is located in the second bedroom and is only available for children aged 1 to 5 years.

The flat is within a short walking distance to many of London’s most iconic attractions: The Shard (10 min walk), Tower Bridge (10 min walk), Maltby Street Market (10 min), Tower of London (15 min walk), Borough Market (15 min walk), Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre (20 min walk), and the Tate Modern (25 minutes).
If you're a coffee lover, don't miss out on the fantastic local coffee shops: Watch House, F**koffee, and B Street Deli are favourites and are within a 2-minute walk of the flat. The Watch House roastery is just a ten-minute walk towards Maltby Street Market.
Bermondsey Street offers an array of dining options from Thai and Singaporean to French, Spanish and Italian. Flour and Grape is an exceptionally popular Italian restaurant and is only a two-minute walk away. While they don’t take reservations, they use an online queue app making it easy to get a table. Casse Croute is a small, delightful French bistro (reservation recommended), and Jose, across the street, is a fantastic place to grab Spanish tapas.
There are also many bars and pubs. The Woolpack is our friendly local pub, while The Garrison, across the street, is a gastropub known for its great food. Another favourite local pub, The Rose, is about a ten-minute walk from the flat. The Bermondsey Beer Mile – an informal collection of independent microbrews – begins just a few minutes walk from the flat.
Art enthusiasts will appreciate the White Cube gallery across the street, which regularly hosts free exhibits. Nearby, there is a fashion museum and print work gallery down the road. As mentioned, The Tate Modern, one of the most renowned modern art museums, is just a twenty-five-minute walk away.

London is fully accessible from this central location. The closest train station is London Bridge, which provides access to the Jubilee and Northern tube lines, connecting you to various parts of the city, as well as regional trains for trips beyond London.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..

The view cannot be beat! The apartment was big and comfortable. It was nice to be where there are a lot of local restaurants, yet away from the masses.

Excellent quality property in a great location. A couple of minor downsides - key pick-up was a little distant from the property (500m); the front door lock was very difficult to operate; the property manager was overly threatening after a complaint from a neighbour, and then begged for a positive review. But the property itself is unbeatable and in a great area.

This top tier flat was amazing! Located in a quiet area with access to local dining and shopping and a 10 minute stroll to the nearest underground station. The house was amply furnished for our needs, bathrooms were great and the outdoor area with London skyline view is amazing. Had difficulty with the rental agency checking in and out but the flat more than made up for any inconvenience.
