Little Venice Three Bedroom

Centrally located in London’s picturesque Little Venice. Double with en suite and single rooms are your ideal base for a family of three or four to explore London. The neighbourhood is pretty, peaceful, and safe and the house is within walking distance from Royal Oak, Warwick Avenue and Paddington tube stations. There are quite a few bars, pubs, and restaurants nearby that will make your stay even more pleasant.
The space
Guests have full access to the house including the large fully fitted kitchen, living and dinning rooms and garden.

The main guest room has a private entrance and features a comfortable king-sized bed bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and right next to the room is a separate toilet for your single use.

Furthermore, the room benefits from a flatscreen smart TV, a smart speaker, an alarm clock, hair dryer, kettle and a high-speed broadband connection. There is a large wardrobe and a dresser to store your belongings.

The small bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, Sonos speaker, hairdryer and smart alarm clock. It is on the other floor to the main guest room and only has use the en-suite shower downstairs but there is access to the dedicated toilet.

The property also includes a cabin/home office in the back garden which includes a single bed, toilet and shower but is not suitable for young children. It can be used for the fourth guest or as a private working environment as it includes a hi spec monitor, docking station, keyboard and mouse. There is also a hairdryer.

Towels and bedlinen are also provided.

I live in the property for most of the year and will be available to welcome you and answer any questions.
Other things to note
The house sits on a quiet street with the canal on one side and a park on the other. Guests are welcome to use the large, bright, and well-equipped kitchen if they wish. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, and other amenities.

There is also a spacious garden where you can sit, unwind, and process all your impressions of the city.
