Our three-bedroom house perfectly blends modern living, convenience, and access to the vibrant Shepherd's Bush neighbourhood. Whether exploring the local attractions, enjoying a night out, or relaxing in our home, you'll find everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The living room features a plush sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining area with a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

There are three bedrooms. The first room has a king-sized bed, while the second has two single beds and a bunk bed in the third. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Wormholt is a diverse and lively neighbourhood in London, offering a mix of urban living and community charm. With its local markets, green spaces, and cultural diversity, residents enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.

The neighbourhood provides a range of amenities, from quaint cafes to convenient public transport options, making it appealing for those seeking a dynamic yet connected lifestyle in London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Shepherd's Bush Market, is just a 13-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a Ring doorbell security camera on the front door of the property.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
