Welcome to my apartment!

The property is Flat 4, located on the first floor and accessible by stairs or lift.

This spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment in Westminster is the perfect home away from home for families. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa with ample seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy quality time together. The apartment also boasts a balcony in the kitchenette/living room area, offering a lovely space to relax and enjoy the city views.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for convenience and privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a restful queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that construction work is currently being done on the building's exterior façades. As a result, there may be noise between Monday and Friday, during daytime hours. No construction will occur on weekends.

Please be aware that no refunds will be provided due to this ongoing work.

Westminster is one of London's most iconic and historic areas, known for its political, cultural, and historical significance.

It is home to many of the UK's most important political institutions, including the Houses of Parliament and the iconic clock tower known as Big Ben (now officially named the Elizabeth Tower). The Prime Minister's official residence, 10 Downing Street, is also in this area.

Aside from the political institutions, Westminster boasts a plethora of landmarks and monuments. Westminster Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a historic church where coronations, royal weddings, and other significant ceremonies occur. The area around Parliament Square features statues of notable historical figures, and the Victoria Tower Gardens offer a serene space along the River Thames.

The area is also rich in cultural institutions. The Tate Britain, a renowned art museum, is located in Millbank. The Churchill War Rooms, an underground complex where Winston Churchill and his government operated during World War II, is another popular attraction.

Westminster sits along the northern bank of the River Thames, providing stunning views of the river and the South Bank. The iconic London Eye observation wheel is also nearby, offering a unique city perspective.

It is well-connected by public transport. The Jubilee, District, and Circle lines serve the Westminster Underground station, making it easy to access other parts of London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, St. James' Park, is just a 6-minute walk.

This is a residential block so please be mindful of neighbouring units.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great location!

The apartment location was great and it provided everything we needed during our vacation. There’s a supermarket close by for groceries and many good pubs around the area. Walking distance to many sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Great location

First, the property managers are extremely prompt with replies and very professional. Check in was very easy as they provided a video showing how to enter the property, with complete instructions. However, while the flat looks adorable in the photos, we found the carpet to be quite dirty, bordering on filthy. I discussed it with the management team and they were very apologetic and offered to have a maid come right away. Unfortunately, the maid wouldn't have been able to clean the carpets so that didn't happen. I was ready to leave and find somewhere else to stay for the week, but they were unable to tell me how much of the fee I would be refunded until after I departed the flat. I couldn't risk losing that much money (almost 4K US) so we had to stay. We wore shoes while we were inside so as not to step on the carpet! Additionally, the sofa could use a steam clean! These issues, along with some marks on the walls, and the broken shade in the main bathroom, were very disappointing. However, the beds were comfortable. It's decorated nicely and convenient to the locations we were visiting. After my departure, they property managers issued a refund of part of the cleaning fee, which was a nice gesture given the appearance of the flat.

The property is in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to Victoria and St James Park tube stations. Many pubs and restaurants and shops right by the property. The carpets and couch are quite dirty and need to be cleaned. The kitchen is well equipped but does not have enough glassware. The two washrooms are quite nice. The street is very quiet so sleeping is easy. Communication was zero. I replied to their welcome email asking about something and I never received a response for the 4 days we stayed.

Nice apartment in centrally located.

Great location near Buckingham Palace. Walking distance to most squares (Trafalga, Covent Garden, Leicester) and South Bank/London Eye. Furnishings were average but acceptable. Codes and lockbox make for ease of access and exit. Was disappointed in the fact they do not allow you to drop luggage off early and had to find and pay for luggage storage. Was told we could not check-in before 3pm. First house I have ever rented where that happened. Waited until 3pm to find the cleaner still there waiting on linens and basic products such as toilet paper. We were exhausted after a day of travel and did not have full use of the apartment until 4:20pm. No contact or apologies from owner. Hopefully this was just an off day and not the norm.

Very tired!

Great location but the property itself is very dingy and tired and cold. The self check in is easy enough with a key in a lock box which came in handy throughout our stay. The bathrooms have heated floors which is lovely. But the rest of the apartment has carpeting that desperately needs to be replaced and the sectional couch in living room is very worn and tired. There is no coffee maker (there is a French press) and while there is a washing machine in the kitchen, there is no dryer, so don’t count on doing laundry. There was no property overview available in the flat, either, so every question we had we had to ask the property management. (WiFi, etc.) They always responded promptly, but it would be better to just post this info in the apartment. The sewer smell in master bath that other reviewers mentioned is definitely noticeable. If you are ok with no frills, the location is great, but I wished we had stayed elsewhere!

Great location

Perfect for our family of four! Location was convenient to Victoria Station and St. James Station and so many of the sights. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and washing machine, but host was very responsive and helped resolve.

Great flat in stellar location

My family of four tall adults had a great stay here. The flat is as advertised - the bedrooms are good-sized, the kitchen is well-appointed and fully stocked with what you need to enjoy your stay, and the living room is very comfortable with a ton of natural light from the windows. Loved the yoga mat, too! The check-in process could not have been easier, and the management team was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. The location is really amazing. While the flat is very quiet inside, once outside, you are close enough to Buckingham Palace to hear the changing of the guard. Victoria Station is about a 5 minute walk, and there are endless amenities nearby - grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Longer walks to Westminster or Kensington - maybe 25 minutes each - are really enjoyable. I would love to stay here again.

Spacious Westminster stay in a prime location

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 3-bedroom property in Westminster. It was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone. The location couldn't have been better—situated on a quiet and safe street, and within walking distance to Buckingham Palace and other major attractions. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. However, we did notice a few minor issues. Unfortunately, no dish soap or dishwashing liquid was provided, which made it challenging to keep things as clean as we would have liked during our 5-day stay. We asked for dish soap, but was not able to receive it. Additionally, the carpets seemed a bit worn and could benefit from a deep clean. The WiFi was initially off, but we managed to resolve it once we found the router. Overall, we loved the unit and would recommend it for its location and spaciousness. With a few minor improvements, this would be a perfect rental for anyone visiting London.

Great location, comfortable and large flat!

This flat is a perfect location! It was walkable to all the attractions, several pubs, and a few grocery stores. I was a little hesitant booking this flat based on the negative reviews, but we had a great experience! The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, and the living space is large. The process to get into the building and the apartment was straightforward and we didn’t have any issues. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The only challenge we had with the location was the lack of instructions on how to use the amenities- particularly the coffee (French press only that was hiding in the back of a cabinet) and the microwave (it wasn’t super intuitive). The other issue we had was with the third party private transport service we booked through guest ready called Welcome Pickups. They messaged saying not to worry if our transportation was delayed, as they were tracking our trip. But then they left us stranded at the train station and charged me full price for the transfer they canceled since we “no showed”. Save yourself the headache (and some money!) and grab a black taxi. You can either reserve one ahead of time or pick one up on the street. They were able to fit 4 adults, an infant in a car seat, and 4 pieces of luggage in one taxi! Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Issues

While the location is great there was a lot of issues that hopefully will be corrected moving forward. First was the instructions to open the door. We were told to open bottom lock then top. That was not correct. The key does not even fit the bottom lock. If not for the neighbor we may not have gotten on. Then VRBO site say entertainment- Television. Well no TV and the management company challenged me on that because their own site says no (no way I would know that). I would not have rented the place if I knew that. Next thing- the pluming- sink had a major leak and we had to put a pan underneath it until a plumber came ( it took two days). The pipes had corrosion all over it. I am not sure how it was not noticed before. Then the one shower did not work( plumber fixed it when he return to fix the sink).
