Situated on the first floor (accessible by stairs; please note that the lift is currently out of order), this two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable base in London’s creative E8 neighbourhood. Just a short stroll from the lively Broadway Market, you’ll find independent shops, vintage boutiques, artisanal food stalls, and plenty of great places to eat. With nearby train stations providing easy access to the rest of the city, it’s the perfect spot to experience London’s vibrant local culture.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious sofa, armchair, stool, and flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling doors lead out to a private balcony, offering a lovely space to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including essential cookware and cutlery.

Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds dressed in hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Its distinctive Victorian and Edwardian architecture characterises Lower Clapton, and its tree-lined streets provide a pleasant residential atmosphere. Charming parks and green spaces, including Hackney Downs, are ideal for leisurely walks or picnics.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Hackney Downs, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour and 22 minute drive from the property 5-minute.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
