Our secure, well-presented building features 17 private self-catering studios, offering the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and independence. Designed for longer stays, they're ideal for students, digital nomads, and solo travellers looking for a peaceful and well-connected place to call home.

Every studio is bright, fully furnished, and completely self-contained. Each one includes a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and essential kitchenware, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, making it easy to work remotely, study, or relax with your favourite shows. A shared washer/dryer is also available on the ground floor.

Enjoy the flexibility of self-check-in with smart locks, allowing you to arrive whenever it's most convenient. While daily housekeeping and breakfast are not included, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, giving you the freedom to customise your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
