Please note the following:
- The lift starts on the first floor therefore there is approximately 20 steps to reach the lift.
- The air conditioning of the apartment is a central unit in the corridor which serves the bedrooms and the living room, further air cooling fans can be provided on request
- Noise is expected due to construction works in the area.

House Rules:
• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.
