Welcome to AblyLuxuryStays CO UK. Our spacious, airy semi-detached home in a peaceful North London neighbourhood – ideal for two or three families joining together for a memorable stay. Free off-street parking (2 cars) and a quiet street set the scene. Imagine sunny days in the garden: children’s laughter as they swing, jump on the trampoline, and climb the treehouse amid flowers, fruit trees and even a wildflower meadow. With ample outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot for relaxed evening barbecues or sharing stories as the sun sets.

This isn’t a high-volume rental. We take only a few bookings each season to ensure five-star care. Expect spotless cleanliness, hotel-quality Egyptian cotton linens and towels, premium toiletries and thoughtful touches at every turn. After a day of city adventures, sink into comfort in our cosy living room. Gather on the leather sofas around the fireplace for family movie nights – we provide an HD projector with surround sound and free streaming (Netflix, Prime, etc.) to create those warm bonding moments you’ll cherish.

The fully-equipped kitchen makes shared cooking a breeze. It includes a full spice rack, large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, plus a washer-dryer, iron and premium cleaning products for convenience. A large Sainsbury’s supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away for groceries. Halal butchers and shops are only 5 minutes on foot, and a variety of halal-friendly restaurants and takeaways are nearby, making it easy to stock up or order in.

Kids are very welcome. We provide cots, a high chair, children’s books and toys, and an outdoor playground/toddlers’ area. Safety features like baby gates, window guards and a baby monitor help parents relax.

Nearby: Sports fans will love being just minutes from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Families can also enjoy local parks – Tower Gardens Estate and Lordship Recreation Ground are perfect for picnics, bike rides or playtime.

Transport: Getting around is easy. Buses (routes 123, 144, 230, 243, 67) stop on Lordship Lane a 2–5 minute walk away. For example, the 243 bus takes about 78 minutes to reach central Waterloo.
