The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and overhead handheld shower, the other with a walk-in shower. A stacked washer and tumble dryer are conveniently located in a hallway closet.

Please note the property is accessed via steps and is not suitable for young children due to steep stairs at the front door and patio.
