- Bathroom 2: full bath with dual access (ensuite to king bedroom + accessible from the main living area)

Note: This setup works well for families and multi-family groups, but for larger groups, bathrooms are shared and may require coordination during peak getting-ready times. Spacing out showers slightly will provide the most comfortable hot water experience.
