We’re delighted to host you in our fully renovated guest house, designed to provide all the comforts of home with the convenience of modern living. The surrounding area of Llandudno has plenty to explore, ensuring your holiday will be truly one of a kind.

Inside the House:

This is a fully automated, host-less, self-service guest house, newly refurbished during the pandemic, and finished to a high standard throughout.

The kitchen includes:
- Fridge
- Hob
- Oven
- Kettle
- Microwave

- The living areas provide a comfortable space to relax, with television and internet access available.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 20)
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: King bed + trundle bed (converts to a double)
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed
- Bedroom 5: Queen bed
- Bedroom 6: King bed + trundle bed (converts to a double)
- Bedroom 7: Two Queen beds in separate rooms, with its own lounge, wet room, dining area, kitchen, and direct garden access (parking for 1 car also available here)

Bathrooms:
The property has 7 bathrooms, all fitted with modern units:
- 5 bathrooms with toilet, sink, and walk-in shower
- 1 additional bathroom with toilet, sink, and walk-in shower in Bedroom 6
- 1 wet room in Bedroom 7’s private apartment

Facilities & Comforts:
- Fresh linen and towels provided
- Linen collection every Monday by management and staff (linen to be placed in the hallway from the upstairs utility room)

CCTV in all communal areas for guest safety

House Rules
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- No on-site parking available, except for 1 car with Bedroom 7
