„As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! „On arrival we were pleased to find a cabin with toilets, a kettle and microwave close by. All correspondence before our arrival was clear and made getting into the pod simple. It was lovely and warm-almost too warm! The shower block is a short walk away with plenty of space. The facilities at Adventure Parc are super and we enjoyed a busy morning on our final day with staff going above and beyond to help our family. „Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats.
