„Nice living and dining space. Plenty of room to spread out. with 3 bedrooms up and 2 down you can. A few of the outlets are not currently working and there may be a yellowjacket nest that needs to be dealt with near the back deck. Outside of that I would rent it again “

„This is a beautiful home, on a beautiful piece of property, in a great location! Great scenery and very peaceful. A great place to stay and relax, or close to numerous great places to visit. We saw deer and eagles while sitting on the deck! The house is great! Nice fires on chilly evenings too! I hope to stay here again in the future.“

„This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !“
