Still waiting for the Nasty Stain in my toilet to be cleaned even though I asked for it to be cleaned. I ended up using the toilet in them building I was traveling to go inspect because I definitely wasn't sitting on that.

This is our 2nd stay here; and, it is now our top choice when we are in the area. We like its location by major highways and that there is a gas station next door and a Tully’s Restaurant across the street. In both visits, it has taken about 15 minutes to check in, despite the fact that there was no guest in front of us and that we had already prepaid. They seem to have computer and/or internet problems frequently. This time, the problem may have been user errors by the staff person, who appeared to be inexperienced. We weren’t in a hurry, but if it had been busy, there would have been a line from the front desk out the door because of the delay. Other than that, the hotel is fine, the staff is friendly and it is a good place to stay.

The hotel is great.. the breakfast has been the best so far we've ever tasted in north America. The only problem were some han or pets hairs on our bed. Many of them. We were so tired thank we cleaned up by ourselves and accepted it. Other than that the staff and everything else was fine. Again a good breakfast even if it's paid it's a great plus when staying in any hotel

This was our first time staying here; and, it will now be our “Go to” hotel, when we are visiting in the East Syracuse area. The front desk staff, Cam & Margaret, were especially helpful, when we checked in and our room #212 was great. We didn’t use the pool, fitness center, bar or dining room on this trip; but, we may get the chance during another visit. We especially liked how clean the hotel was and its convenient location to the major highways.

Great service upon check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Children loved the indoor pool, although the hot tub wasn't up to temp at check in. Very simple check in and check out, no issues during overnight stay.

Great restaurant with a live band and bar that was lots of fun. Good service from staff and room was nice. There were a couple stains on bedding, other than this overall very nice hotel would recommend.

Comfortable, quiet rooms with indoor pool
Rooms & beds were great. We went for pool which was a little cool but satisfactory. A notice about Hot tub's temp was posted - usable but temp was slowly increasing. (I was told that over the phone on Tuesday, yet still not at optimum temp on Friday.) Seemed comfortably warm on Saturday morning. We didn't use the stovetop but was a nice feature to have and appreciated fridge & microwave. Plenty of fast food alternatives close by for meals - restaurant seemed pricey even with kids eating free (hamburger platter posted at 24.95.)

This hotel was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean. Hot tub was nice and hot. Super close to the airport and nkt far from turning stone. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable as well.
