The first thing is that you booked a (No Cancel) Reservation and were demanding a refund before you even stay at the Hotel. The staff explained that we could not cancel your reservation and you would be charged for the No Show due to how you booked your reservation as a (No Cancel). The second detail that there was evidence in your room #207 of smoking. We are a (100%) Non-Smoking Hotel, pure and simple. Your claims of the room being dirty are false, due to the fact the we walked your room after check out due to the smoke smell. We wish you well and best travels.

You smoked in the room over your 3 night stay, we have clear evidence and we tried to post a smoking charge and your credit card was declined. We are not surprised by reviewing your address and to see that you are a local from Syracuse. Please note we have been in touch with Choice Hotels, Expedia and the surrounding Hotels. We will cancel any future reservations on demand. We wish you well and good luck.

We are glad you found your stay to be excellent while you were with us. As you and many of our guests comment, the location can't be beaten. We are often told that being so close to the NYS Thruway, I81 Interstate and the Syracuse downtown area are reasons many of our guests stay with us.
