⚠️ Council road restrictions may prevent vehicle access to Fleet Street after 8 PM, particularly Thursday–Sunday and on busy/event nights. If the bollards are raised, the car park cannot be accessed by vehicle. We recommend arriving and parking before 8 PM.

The apartment is close to Concert Square, so external city and nightlife noise should be expected, particularly at night and on weekends. Complimentary earplugs and a white-noise machine are provided.
