Our guest suite is on the 2nd floor of our home with live-in hosts occupying the ground floor and the 1st floor. It has one en-suite bedroom and one private living room both on the 2nd floor, offering you a unique and stylish place. This guest suite is close to Anfield LFC stadium, Everton Stadium and Goodison Park in Liverpool with short drive to City Center and Aintree Racecourse.

It can sleep up to 4 guests.
It features- 2 single beds, 1 sofa (turns into double bed), private bathroom, private living room, smart TV, free Wifi, garden, free parking, dining area, wardrobe, hairdryer and free toiletries. Although no access to fully equipped kitchen but guests are provided with simple kitchen facilities such as fridge, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, cups, plates and cutleries

You will share the main entrance, stairs and the garden with your live-in hosts. Please note that the whole house is no smoking and there are smoke alarms. This accommodation is on the 2nd floor, so for smokers you may find it inconvenient. This is because the only place to smoke is at the back garden. This means coming down and going back up two flights of stairs.
No smoking. No pets, No gathering, No party.
