This is an amazing flat situated in Rua Maria Pia, relatively close to the touristic centre and 5 minutes walking distance to Campo de Ourique. Ideal for a couple, or a family to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.

The property features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed for one person, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.
