Sleeping up to three guests, the flat offers everything you need for an easy city break. Its central location makes it a convenient base for exploring Lisbon, with many of the citys popular sights, neighbourhoods, restaurants, and attractions within easy reach.



Whether you are visiting Lisbon for sightseeing or simply looking for a comfortable place to unwind after a day out, this charming flat provides a welcoming space to relax, recharge, and enjoy the city.

The Neighborhood:

Discover Lisbon from a prime central location near Rossio Square, Baixa, and Avenida da Liberdade. Wander along Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, known for its theatres and live performances, or explore the neighbourhood connected to fado icon Amália Rodrigues. For a classic Lisbon experience, ride the charming Elevador do Lavra and enjoy the character of the city streets.



Explore the historic charm of Chiado, take in panoramic views from São Jorge Castle, or head to Cais do Sodré for trains connecting you with the coastal beaches of Carcavelos, Estoril, and Cascais. - ID: All guests' government-issued IDs/passports will need to be collected before check-in to comply with local regulations.



Location & Noise: The apartment is situated on the ground floor, so some street noise may be noticeable during busy times.



Construction Notice: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction in the apartment above, which may cause noise between 7 AM and 7 PM.



Electricity Usage: In Lisbon, it’s common for the electricity to trip if more than two high-power appliances are used simultaneously (such as heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, or fans). If this happens due to appliance overuse, a €40 fee will be charged.



Check-in & Keys: Early check-ins before 8 AM or late check-ins from 8 PM incur a €25 + VAT(23%) surcharge. If guests lock themselves out or fail to return keys to the lockbox at checkout, a €50 fee applies. Lost keys will result in an €80 replacement charge.



Eco-Friendly Reminder: Please help us by turning off all lights and electrical devices when leaving the apartment.



House Rules: Kindly review our house rules before booking. We maintain a strict no parties or events policy. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and charges for damages or additional cleaning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
