The kitchenette is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
There is an open living area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, where you can relax after a day in the city.
You also have access to a balcony with a view over the city!
The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. However, it is a slow internet connection of 38 Mbps, not ideal for streaming or remote work activities.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by local restaurants and cafes, where you can enjoy tasty Portuguese food. In addition, within walking distance, you can be in the historical area (Alfama, Graça) and be close to all the viewpoints and main attractions.
During the special holidays, Lisbon organizes its popular and traditional festivals with people from all over the country to celebrate and enjoy popular songs and food.

Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transport:
- Bus stop at the door,
- The nearest Metro stop: Anjos : (10 min walk)

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30—fees to be paid upon arrival.
A greeter will be waiting for you at the property to check you in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included.
