This delightful 47m2 studio is on the 1st floor with a lift and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It includes a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a plush sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a TV to watch all their favourite shows and an island kitchen table where you can dine with loved ones.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lisbon, the enchanting capital of Portugal, offers a tapestry of neighbourhoods, each with its distinct charm. Explore the modern architecture of Parque das Nações, find tranquillity in Estrela's gardens, or experience the village-like ambience of Campo de Ourique. Lisbon is a city that seamlessly blends history, culture, and modern living, inviting you to discover its diverse facets at every turn.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, R. S. Paulo (Bica), is just a 3-minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
