Welcome to my home!

Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions and the garage is included!

Please note that the property is located on a flight path, which may result in occasional aircraft noise.

Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom features a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

We want to make sure you have all the information you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that as we are conveniently located near the airport, you may experience occasional noise from passing airplanes.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Avenida das Forças Armadas is one of the main avenues of Lisbon and is an essential axis in Lisbon, framed in the area known as the Avenidas Novas. That exception location is complemented by the existence of three subway stations, numerous bus lines, and one of the most important national railway stations. Cross daily this train station more than 400 high-speed trains between compositions between Faro and Porto, urban links to the southern shore up Setúbal, urban link to Sintra, among others. In addition to many restaurants, cafes, and historical pastries.

My home is easily accessible by public transport and I have a garage included

The nearest train station, Entrecampos, is 10-mins away on foot.
Several buses service the area.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 8-mins drive from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
