Welcome to my studio!

This delightful 45 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city.

Right in front of the entrance door, you will find a spacious bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

To your left are the open-plan living and kitchen areas. The living room has a charming seating area, including a comfortable double sofa bed, another single sofa bed, and a dining table. Please note that the bed is a sofa bed and may not provide the same comfort level as a traditional bed.


The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a washing machine, and a TV.

Alongside the studio, guests can take advantage of the lovely balcony to enjoy sunlight and fresh air while appreciating the stunning view of Lisbon.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Important notes:

It is located on the 4th floor and does not have lift access, so it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

The mezzanine is steep and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. We ask that guests get on and off with caution.

Furthermore, the mezzanine is just over 120cm high, providing a cosy and exclusive environment. Please make sure you are comfortable with this setup before booking.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Anjos is one of the most underrated places to live in Lisbon. It is safe and foreigner-friendly, and visitors can go everywhere on foot.

There are many options for restaurants, brunch, co-working spaces, and bars in this neighbourhood. It has an alternative vibe, and there are both affordable areas (near Avenida Almirante Reis) and more premium areas (like Bairro da Inglaterra).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Martim Moniz, is just a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
