The reception staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful especially Nicole!
The room (premium) was clean and had plenty of room. Bed was a bit hard, but comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, veggies, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, and assorted bread, pastries. Coffee could have been better, though.
I did enjoy having a complementary glass of Port wine and a Pastel de Nasa upon return to the hotel every day.
The location is perfect being right in the Old Town in a pedestrian zone. There were lots of restaurants (excellent Indian restaurant right next door) and shops.
All in all the perfect location for a stay in Lisbon.
