A delightful cottage in the woods in the historic waterside community of Bayside. This cottage is a short 2 minute walk from the beach and dock. Converted from an old stable around 1929 and substantially renovated again in 1988 in traditional cottage finishes. This cottage is as comfortable as it gets. Just off the unpaved side street, this property is rare in the Bayside community in that neighbors aren`t as close by.

The home has been updated over the last few years with fresh paint, mattresses, and kitchenware upgrades. This comfortable home has a first floor bedroom and bathroom as well as a large living area and screened-in porch for all-day enjoyment. Upstairs are two more comfortable queen bedrooms with closets and a shared full-bathroom with a claw-foot tub and shower.  The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen sized bed for extra needed sleeping area and the smaller cot in the sleeping area on the second floor is perfect for an older child. Woodland Lodge has original touches with painted floors and tall ceilings and a well-stocked kitchen for family meals. 

The large yard in the back and side of the house is perfect for lawn games or bringing a four-legged friend on vacation. The deck off the dining and kitchen area allows for family BBQ's and enjoying a cocktail in this peaceful neighborhood.
