  • Eine reizvolle Lage auf Penobscot Bay, fahren fünf Minuten von Camden, mit seinem malerischen Hafen, voller Segelboote aus der ganzen Welt und ihrer eigenen Schoner Flotte. Weg führt, den Zugriff auf Camden Hills State Park, sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Aussicht von den Höhepunkten im Park sind bekannt für ihre außergewöhnliche Schönheit und Weite, inspirierenden Künstlern und Dichtern seit Generationen.

    Umgeben von Wald und Feldern, mit einem Pfad zu unserem privaten Ozean Ufer, ist unser herrlich gemütliche Wohnung ideal für Paare aller Altersgruppen. Es ist in fünf Morgen Wald mit mehreren hundert Meter der Küste entfernt und ist etwa 100 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt. Ein Fußweg führt zum Ufer mit Blick auf die Inseln und Weitergabe Segelboote, und wo Wind und Gezeiten bringen manchmal subtil, manchmal dramatischen Veränderungen, von Tag zu Tag.

    Die Gäste können sich über unser biozertifiziert Gemüsegarten in der Nähe spazieren, wo Gemüse sind frei für die Kommissionierung!

    Der Besitzer ist ein eingetragenes Maine Führung und bietet Wanderungen und Angeltouren in der Umgebung.

This is mid-coast Maine at it's most authentic - nestled in an actual small working farm, with extremely kind and attentive hosts. Beautiful little path down to the rock beach for a peaceful vista of Islesboro. Super convenient to Camden, Lincolnville and Belfast, this is a wonderful location for a restful experience in Mid-Coast Maine. We'll be back!

Very cozy apartment on the coast. Clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Close to the cute town of Camden with nice shops. A not to far drive to Acadia. Host was very attentive and left us helpful local suggestions. Very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ashgrove Farm!! Lucy and John were fabulous and attentive to our needs! Very nice people! The apartment was perfect for me and my husband. The location is central to Belfast, Lincolnville, and Camden which we enjoyed going to…great places to visit and shop! I would definitely recommend staying at Ashgrove Farms!!

Fall in New England 2022

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of an 18 day tour of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Ashgrove Farm was the perfect ending for us. Our hosts, Lucy and John, were easy to communicate with, and we met them just as we left. Gracious hosts! Their place has easy access to all that the Camden area has to offer and yet the cabin is peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed the private beach, the deck overlooking the woods, it was all great!

We Feel Like We WON the Vrbo LOTTERY!!

I’m not even kidding you, the apartment above the garage is lovely, very clean, great kitchen, small bathroom, basically all you need or could want. However, The walk down to the private beach and the private rocky beach itself is breathtaking, completely, and totally worth the price of the admittance. We had a fire on the beach every night and it was amazing. We could not possibly be any happier, hated to leave! Thanks again.

Wonderful retreat, special people and beach

Lucy and John’s apartment has everything you need, and then there’s the beach! What a special place. I got up to watch the sunrise there many mornings. Lucy and John are wonderful hosts, attentive and friendly but respectful of privacy. They provide a great list of insider things to do, too. I’m so glad to have met them. And John even drops off veggies! Lincolnville is a perfect location to explore the mid coast of Maine; even Acadia NP is just a 90 minutes drive, very doable for the day. Easy distance to Camden/Camden Hills, Rockland, Belfast. Lots of hiking, swimming, paddling. Megunticook Lake is a charm. Recommend!

Beautiful shoreline

The apartment is very convenient to everything in Camden and Belfast you might like to visit. We greatly enjoyed sitting and walking along the shore and had a beautiful hike in Camden. Lucy was lovely and easy to communicate with.

New York in Maine

With a combination of woods and ocean, it was the PERFECT getaway for a couple in their 60's. The ocean-view was PERFECT, as were the HOSTS! THE place to detox from the world surrounding us. The carrots and beets were the best we have ever tasted.

Secluded Getaway

The mostly open living space combined with lots of natural light was wonderful. The set-up is quite efficient. We enjoyed having the deck and our own private beach. The owners are friendly and easy to chat with. They go the extra mile to make your visit personalized!

Relaxing!

Beautiful spot!

We loved staying in Lucy and John’s place. It was so serene, close enough to the water on a great little path and close enough to both Lincolnville Beach and Camden for easy access. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. They were available for what we might need and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. It was a great getaway!

Wonderful vacation in vacationland

The apartment is spacious and open with plenty of counter space and is equipped with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The deck looks out into the woods and is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast. The path to the water is very well maintained. We were lucky enough to see a double rainbow from the beach and enjoyed views at sunrise and sunset. John and Lucy were great. Would love to return for another extended stay!
