„When we arrived at the property we called to get the code for the door the gentleman was very polite , we then got into our room and it was spotless bedroom very spacious for 3 of us the shared kitchen was sparkling had everything you needed having your own fridge freezer in the bedroom was a nice touch. location was nice very quite beds was very comfy only thing I would say is the shower head could do with updating to fit the style of the room as the room was very up to date and stylish, I did ...

„Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure “

„The host was great and was available when needed. Great choice of things for breakfast. Very Very close to everything that Skegness has to offer. Would stay again if staying in Skegness in the future.“

„A lovely guest house with friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet road which helped get a good nights sleep . Plenty of parking available just outside. The breakfast was excellent too. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!“
