It was very clean and every evening some of the stuff brought me two warm chocolate chip cookies with a notice about the weather forecast - that's what I call a great service! Only downside was we found ants in our room, not an infestation at all but we did find an ant in our room on four different occasions. Maybe they were due to have the exterminator come?
