The space
This is a duplex home and you are renting the downstairs unit. There are two bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs.

Your unit has a private washer and dryer.

Guest access
You are booking a private downstairs unit and private garage/ front porch in a duplex home. You will not have access to the other side unless you would like to reserve the entire home. Fire pit and backyard access will be shared during the warm months. The porch in front of the house is for your unit only. You will not have access to the upstairs deck, as that is for the upstairs unit only.
