Tub did not drain. It had hair in it that wasn't ours. Overall room felt dirty. Coffee maker in room didn't work. When I let the staff know as we were checking out, they didn't seem to care. We didn't complain, just suggested they look at the room.

Easy checkin overall and quick after a long day of travel. Room over all was not bad but in the bathroom, above the shower head the paint was flaking off and carpet in a spot was frayed. Simple fixes. Overall a great property lady checking me in was nice. Told me everything I needed to know, wifi password breakfast ect.

Someones alarm in the room next to us went off twice for at least 15 minutes each time. Also someone tried to come into our room in the middle of the night. Brought to the attention of the front desk person. They basically ignored our concerns

Decent Hotel
Jackson was super amazing, he told is that he didn’t have a first floor room available but only on the 2n floor. Then he told me that The elevator was out due to the cold freeze we had recently, it was out of order. Because he was so informed about it .we stayed anyway. The only issue i had was the bath tub Drained very slowly.

It is easy to find off the freeway. YOU could see everything around the property as you approached it. There were not people milling around. The tv had a nice selection of stations to pick from and a convenient card to instantly kno the choices. Food choices for breakfas where ckean and good. It was what I needed.

My husband and I stayed in room 125, and it had a HORRIBLE odor like cigars and musty. :( my eyes were even red.

The Hotel can need an upgrade, and the sink outside the bathroom was a little bit weird. That a side, the rooms and bathroom was clean and the staff was super friendly so all in all a pleasant stay :)

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Room was not nice at all. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower was gross!! It was an accessible shower the surround was coming off the walls and there was black crap- mold or something all around the base. I switched hotels after that night. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in the switch. Also this Hotel comes up as close to the Abe Lincoln Museum, its 39 miles away.

The desk staff were great. However, make sure you bring a sound machine if you stay here. You can hear someone chewing down the hall. Made it really hard to sleep for an early 13hr shift at the hospital.
