The bathtub is great for families, and with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there's plenty of room for 6. Guest also enjoy a convenient kitchen stocked with cookware, and you get access to the HOA's pool. The beach can be accessed via an easy staircase.

308 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo on the top floor. This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
