We booked this condo based on view and location. You couldn’t beat either of those things in my opinion. To be able to walk right out to the water. Walk down Taft Boardwalk. Located next to some amazing places to eat including the sweetest ice cream window. It’s nice having a small balcony off the front bedroom and the balcony from the living room with the gorgeous views of the beach and water. The fire place inside was perfect for a movie night after long stroll along the beach. It was also nice to have a designated covered parking spot being we drove from out of state. The property management was absolutely above and beyond. I did need to contact them about something and everything was handled amazingly. As far as the property it offers views, looked like a community toy box for the sand, and 30 feet from the property you could have a fire right on the beach. And if you walk down the beach to where it meets the ocean you’ll see people fishing and sea lions swimming to try and take their bait. After talking to some people we found out it is a great place to go clamming as well. Truly a condo on the water with so much to do.
