The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a typical Lille building, and comprises a bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar and high chairs, a bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) and a bathroom with en-suite shower, and a separate toilet.

For your information, the staircase to access the flat is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

For information, renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas. This may cause some noise pollution, only during the day and excluding weekends.

The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
