Aloha Dennis,We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to better serve you. The poolside restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch service Daily and they offer dinner service Thursday-Monday. They have relocated the seating area to the beach front lawn while they complete the renovations. The Royal Lanai is also open for Grab and go breakfast options and Sushi service for dinner. We offer in room dining and a daily buffet breakfast. I apologize as it seems you didn't get to enjoy any of our food and beverage offerings. Although 2 Jacuzzi's are inaccessible at this time, we do have 3 other Jacuzzi's that are open for our guest to enjoy. Our housekeeping services are currently offered every other day, but we are more than happy to schedule daily service for our guest if that is preferred.
