„Hallways smells like cigarettes. My None smoking room had cigarette burns in the bed spreads. Carpet was really nasty. I feel like Hotels.com change the Hotel somewhere during the checkout process. Housekeeping exhibits professionalism and a true desire to make sure the guests have what they need. They are not intrusive at all. Great breakfast as usual. Love those little blueberry lemon scones. I look forward to those every visit. Great job everyone!“

„We needed a late checkout, and the attendant at the desk was able to accommodate as quickly. Thank you.“
