Please follow these rules throughout your stay:

- No smoking on the property, including e-cigarettes.
- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior.
- Please remove your shoes when entering the cottage.
- No pets are allowed on the property except by pre-approval only.
- Fires are only permitted in the fire pit.
- Parties are NOT permitted. Please limit unregistered guests to two additional people.
- If you eat outside, make sure that food waste is disposed of properly so we don’t attract unwelcome animal attention.
- When leaving the cottage, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If something is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the cottage and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
