Cutest little beach cottage with great location
Nice clean cottage, stocked with alot of little extras to sweeten the stay! Everything you need to relax and kick back. I LOVED the beach for rock collecting and found some keepers! AWESOME breakfast just down the road at a really reasonable price and enough that we weren't hungry even by supper time. Crystal is also very responsive with any questions. Nice but could be better
The cottage was quaint and decorated nicely. Comfortable beds and close to the beach. The negative side is the kitchen was under stocked, it seems we were missing needed items for meal preps and had to wash glasses daily to have enough. The coffee mugs were sticky dusty. The porch was filled with spider webs, the fire wood we paid for was wet and bug covered. The garbage bags were oversized for the kitchen trashcan. All in all we enjoyed our stay but it would have been better with some deep cleaning. We would stay here again in hopes that our review helps the owner to recognize what they may not know.

Summer getaway
Very accommodating. Only request is to have a gas grill. Not prepared to cook on a charcoal barbecue. Had to run out and buy charcoal and lighter fluid.

Great family cottage!!
We really enjoyed our family vaca. Cottage decor is super nice and feels like a home. The amenities were fantastic. Lots of extras. We loved the floaties in the shed and all the games & puzzles. The beach was great, sandbar goes out very far. The kids definitely want to come back next year!

Great vacation home
Overall, it was a great place to stay very clean. Very nice, very nice neighborhood. But the only objection was in the pictures. They showed a beautiful new gas barbecue which was not on the premises.

Hi Jerry, Sorry! It broke an we replaced it with a new charcoal grill last year. It was actually old and difficult to use.

Perfect Family Getaway

Great stay
We found out that this property is just outside downtown Lexington and we’re a little disappointed by that but when it meant we had a more private beach and we were closer enough to visit port Huron it became a truly non issue, and in fact made our visit better. The property itself is amazing, clean and well stocked for anything you may need- besides Crystal is also amazing and easy to contact and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Peaceful Beach Community
Quiet Retreat. Probably due to time of year, we felt we had the community to ourselves. Enjoyed the short walk down to the beach but very rocky - take your water shoes if you are planning to go in the water there! Explored all the little communities locally and enjoyed all the piers and little restaurants. Looking forward to returning in the summer for more activities around.

First family vacation in23 years
This cottage was perfect for my family. It was easy to get to, very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Crystal was excellent, no waiting for replies to any questions we had. The backyard was fenced and safe for the dogs and the shed was full of things we could use down at the beach which was a nice surprise! Would definitely book this cottage for a second time.

Cozy, Peaceful and a Short Walk to Lake Huron Shores
Crystal does a fantastic job of making people feel welcome. Our teenage son was thrilled to see multiple video game consoles along with DVDs and he was intrigued by the VCR and tapes. The home is clean, smells great and has good lighting from the many windows. Crystal was cool about our two small dogs coming along for our stay and even left a dog water bowl on top of the fridge. I don't give 5/5 stars very often but she earned it with all the personal touches. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Getaway
This was a lovely and quaint little cottage . We had a cousins getaway and wanted something close to home . The location was great with just a short Walk to Lake Huron. The cottage was clean and so cozy and cute . I would highly recommend this property !!!

Beautiful house seems recently renovated! The shower was great, usually in a cottage/lake house the showers are spooky but this one was beautiful! Loved the fenced in yard for my dog to hang out with us in.

There's no place like home......
and that's exactly how it felt staying here. The decor is warm and inviting. The host was excellent at responding with all questions. The little added touches of having something there that we may have forgot to pack was a great relief. Plus the property was loaded with games and puzzles. And the location was great....in a small, quiet subdivision within walking distance to the water front. Excellent property. Excellent host.

Perfect little cottage
I had a wedding in Port Huron and wanted a little more space for my kids than a hotel room. We had four adults and two kids and we all were very comfortable. There were great little touches around cottage and it has all essentials.(plates, dishwasher, washer/dryer) The Sub beach is beautiful. There was one other family there when we went but tons of space we weren't on top of them. It's close to all the big attractions and cities. My daughter said she wished we lived there!

Wonderful Beach House
This house was such a treat! Lots of space for our three families and a beautiful beach to play on. The backyard is fenced in and they have a fire pit with wood for fires. Lots of outdoor seating and a porch that’s perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine! Highly recommend!!

Awesome home.
Great place to stay, easy short walk to the beach. House was loaded with lots of extras. Old game systems, card games. The shed had lots of chairs and beach toys. The house was super clean and updated, would definitely stay again.
