Construction in the back took up alot of parking spaces. The room keys do not work on the side doors and the back door was being remodeled so you could only use the front door to enter the building. It was very inconvenient to have to carry everything all around the whole byilding

Tasha was amazing and helpful when we had an issue. She went above and beyond. She needs a raise! Staff was friendly. Place was clean, family-friendly, breakfast was delicious. Easily accessible from the highway and lots of food options around the area. Would definitely recommend.

The property has been newly renovated and it looks great. Everything was clean, but the one issue was the toilet didn't flush properly. There wasn't another King room available,so I made do since it was just for 1 night. Apparently they knew of this issue already because a new toilet was sitting outside of the door before I checked out. If it weren't for this issue, I would have given 5 stars across the board.

Our stay was comfortable enough. Nothing special but safe and clean. My only complaint is that upon arrival, they gave us a smaller room than I paid for. It would not sleep my entire party. We went down to the desk to complain. They said the company assigned us the wrong room and they did not have our room anymore. They wound up giving us a second room next to the original at no additional cost.

Ii have no complaints, I have suggestions. It was clean and quiet which are the two most important elements. Right off I85 and close to food. The suggestions: have more outlets in the room. The wall lamps had to be unplugged to accommodate chargers. We never figured out how to turn the lamp in in the corner. There were stains in the shower floor, possibly replace, paint, or find another cleaner. The breaker kept flipping during breakfast cutting off the breakfast appliances, the tv, and the front door in the breakfast area. We also never found additional exits. If there would have been a fire, we only located one entry and exit.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your suggestions. This is how we can improve on our services to guests such as yourself. I have taken note of everything that you said and we are working to make provisions. The lamp in the corner is very difficult to find, I can agree with that....I still have a hard time finding it, however it is on the actual rod of the lamp going down which I agree is hard to find. We are working on new products to make sure that our showers stay nice and clean. We have had some issues with breakers tripping but we are working with our electrician to remedy that issue. As for addition exits, on each side of the building there are 2 exits off the stairwells. Thank you so much for choosing us and sharing your ideas and suggestions. We are grateful and thankful that you enjoyed your stay and hope you will stay again.

Pros: just off I-85 with lots of nearby restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking lot well-lit. Cons: Shower was very cramped. No hot water; I had to run it for several minutes to get lukewarm water but never got any better than that. A/C fan kept running ever after turning the unit off. Desk lamp didn't work nor did the electrical outlets in the desk top. There's a railroad right next to the hotel, but fortunately no trains came by after 9pm.

Booked a room for 5 people, 2 queen beds & a sleeper sofa. Checked in late @ night and once we got to the room there was no sleeper sofa. Went to front desk & the 2 young girls stated sorry we don’t have any rooms with sleeper sofas & no cots. Asked to speak to a manager & they said no mgr on duty. I asked if one would be there in the morning & they said no but if it was something really bad they could call mgr. In the meantime I was trying to figure out how we are going to sleep 5 people in 2 beds, the 2 girls left & another girl came in duty. I asked her the same questions & she immediately picked up the phone & called her mgr. She said they only have 2 rooms in the hotel with sleeper sofas & they are already booked. I told her that is the only reason I booked the room because we needed accommodations for 5 people. She said we can credit your room $10 or you can go stay somewhere else. At this time it’s past 11 pm & we drove over 3 hours to get there so I’m getting frustrated because I’m tired & getting attitude from the front desk staff, which to be honest I know she felt my frustration but I did apologize, as she did too. So we decided to stay & slept 3 people in one of the queen beds laying sideways & needless to say it was the most uncomfortable night. I can honestly say I will never stay at this hotel again. As far as booking online, I have been doing this for years & have never had an issue until now.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced here at my property. This is definitely NOT how I want my guests to be treated. We do only have 2 double suites with pull out sofas that are long term at this moment however, for some reason the OTA allowed you to still book the room. I apologize because it should have shown up as not available. Also, we don't have a manager on duty at night but I have always instructed my employees no matter what if a guest wants to speak with me or my assistant they can call us anytime. As for the "discount" you were offered, I have spoken with my assistant manager and she knows now that there should have been given a much deeper discount than that. I sincerely hope that you will stay with us again and call direct to the hotel and we will take care of your needs. Thank you.

The room was recently renovated but seemed cold/harsh. It was musty smelling. The sink did not drain properly. The ice machine on the third floor was broke. There were children screaming, crying, and running down the hall after 10 PM.
