„Nice, clean room. Front desk helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. I think bottled water should be free if there aren’t filters on the faucet. Shuttle was on time, clean and helpful. Next time I’ll ask for top floor, people above were loud.“

Allerdings - was die Küche angeht - Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowellenofen, Gefrierschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher verfügbar. Aber sonst absolut nichts - kein Geschirr, kein Kochgeschirr, kein Besteck, keine Teller, Gläaser oder Tassen, keine Spülbürste oder Spülmittel oder Küchenlappen/-tücher. Musste ...

„Es gibt kein Frühstück in dem Hotel! Für Familien ungeeignet!“

„Check in and out was super easy; the staff was always kind and accommodating; the hotel as a whole and our room was clean! The only issues we had was that our AC unit didn’t keep cool (room 225) and the parking lot gets full super quick. We almost didn’t get a spot overnight, even when having to pay $15/night for parking. “

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “

„Very friendly staff, quiet, and a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. Some things to plan for: Not all rooms (or floors) have a microwave, in my experience suites do. Not all rooms have a bath tub. Must pay for parking daily for every vehicle and the parking lot is very small.“

„Unique Hotel right in the heart od Downtown Omaha. You can walk all the sites in Downtown like Old Market and all the Parks. The rooms are quite big for an historic Hotel.“

„Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay. The pool was tiny, so dint expect any actual swimming. It’s more of an above ground pool you’d see in backyards. „Schöne große und saubere Zimmer, leider Zimmerreinigung „on request“ hat nicht funktioniert, trotz Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und kein Bett gemacht etc. Besonders zu empfehlen ist in der Stadt das Monument Pioneer Courage mit vielen Bronzestatuen zur Reise der Pioniere, das Museum in der alten Union Station und der Zoo.“
