I had to cancel my stay because our event got canceled due to the wide spread winter storm in the US this weekend. I’ve been sent in a circle trying to find someone to help me let the hotel know not to expect us and to get a credit for a future stay when the event gets rescheduled. I’m extremely frustrated at how difficult it is to find an accountable representative. The hotel sends me to Expedia and Expedia sends me back to the hotel customer service. If booking through Expedia means that I lose access to reasonable customer support, I will stop using the service and just book directly with hotel brands.
